We gave Gary a Thank You fridge magnet tonight in class.....I stumbled over my words ever so slightly and didnt quite say what we had talked about!!! :-/ It was as a token of thanks for getting us all through Tough Mudder. Each one of us at various points throughout Mudder uttered his words of encouragement to spur each other on! Melissa and Joanne are both very much runners...Summer, well shes a league of her own...Summinator with the added bonus of being at least 2 decades younger than her team!!!! I am neither a runner OR young!!!! :-/ My fitness for Mudder came from karate - I have now been for 3 runs in my entire life....Muddy Maniacs 5k, a 20 minute jog in the field opposite my house (I personally think running is mind numbingly boring!!!) and Tough Mudder....not exactly a natural or frequent runner!!! So from all 4 of us for getting us through - Thank You English Karate Academy and Thank you Sensei Gary
