We get an abundance of individuals who enter the real estate industry with hopes and dreams of becoming successful. This is what I call SWLT (Searching for the Winning Lottery Ticket) syndrome. In order to be successful (or see true progress), in anything, you must have a purpose, a vision, and clear set goals that can be achieved with a drawn out plan. One that you are relentless in seeing through. The dreaming stops and the action starts. One of the newest agents in our office has been with us for 1 month now. Katie Hughes has 1 listing in Newport Beach, 1 buyer in Costa Mesa, and is currently working with a couple of clients interested in making a move. This week she solidified ANOTHER listing in Newport Beach by teaming up with Erinn Lancaster and committing to a daily schedule without excuses and holding each other accountable with action and coaching.
