We give thanks to the support of our Brothers and Sisters here in the City of Zamboanga even in their PRAYERS with us as we are joining the 2014 PSC-PHILSPADA PHILIPPINE NATIONAL PARAGAMES. It is so wrong timing since a week before this event I was on my Force Leave in which I could not do anything with my actions and connections. Whereas my former connections at the City Council of Zamboanga where automatically cut-off due to the issue of the Propose Ordinance 2014-12. May the Proposed Ordinance 2014 – 12; materialized soon to make lesser the problems of the Person with Disabilities (PWDs) Sector in the City of Zamboanga as real highly urbanized city. As we are now here in Marikina City we are under in the budget constraint. But even somehow we can share from the PWDs Sector in the other cities and provinces. This message is highly dedicated to our honorable elected city officials. I wish to plant bamboos for our elected city officials here in the City of Zamboanga due to their remaining irresponsible for the Proposed Ordinance 2014 – 12 in which this coming 2016 will have enough HIGH to level up their EPAL’s TARPAULINS that vandals the environment in this city.— in Marikina City.
