We got home from our trip to Costa Rica late Monday night. It was incredible and unforgettable! Loved the food, scenery, gorgeous landscape, wildlife, activities, opportunities, culture and pretty much every thing. Not a huge fan of their nightlife but its hard to compare to home. It was my first time there, as well as, my first time out of the country (besides the Canadian side of Niagara Falls, which doesnt count). We went to Arenal, La Fortuna, Jaco and Alajuela. Traveling from one to the other by way of shuttles and a puddle-jumper (small plane). We went hiking thru the rainforest in Arenal on hanging bridges, hiked to La Fortuna waterfall, had an authentic Costa Rican meal made for us at a familys home, went to Tabacon natural hot springs, relaxed, partied a bit, went on an atv tour, surfed, did the ziplines, chilled by the pool, ate the best food of my life and took in every minute of this amazing experience and vacation. Couldnt have been happier to spend it with my love, Ashley, and two of my dearest friends, Chelsea & Damon. Special thanks to Chris and everyone that shared your recommendations and personal experiences. Already back at it with work and the band. Went straight back to work Tuesday and have been playing catch-up ever since. Booking tours and planning tons of stuff for Zulu Wave. Announcements to come and any help is much obliged. Glad to be back and hope to see some peeps soon. Travel the world people! I will. Theres so much out there. Its necessary to take a step out of this country, open your eyes and take it all in. Peace.
