We got our Final results for our 8 week Weight Loss Challenge @ work today - I was super-stoked to lose 8.8% of my overall starting weight & come 2nd overall!!! Huge congrats to my w8 loss buddy & martial arts guru Lee Ah Yen Faatoia who aced the competition losing 14% of his starting weight! Wow Bro thats amazing!!!thanks heaps for your awesome tips & support - & thanks for warning us about what you were wearing (or not wearing) in your final weigh-in!!!! LOL Huge congrats too to Miss Queba Makiha for the inspiration & posts youre the bomb girl!!! And of course my brother from another mother - Rambo who wouldve carved up if he didnt have a wedding to go to right in the middle of the challenge!!! Thanks to all my mates T Seta Kolo, Tash, Lor Jen, Sandy Shaz, Crystal, Nikki, Lee, Kristy Miss Katie Sasha & of course my Tumeke whanau & my honey for your primo support thus far (always wanted to use thus in a sentence) especially when I get Hangry! Ive still got a long way to go before the wedding but this challenge got us off to a mean start!
