We got the sheet rock hung yesterday. The electricians have almost finished their job. Probably have about 2 days to get done. The sprinkler guys came yesterday and got about half of their job done. They probably have a day left to get done. The ceiling for the offices and locker rooms was finished. The hvac guy did not come again but is supposed to be coming on monday. He has a day to a day and a half to finish. The sheet rock finishers should be starting today or monday. This will take a few days to do and is quite messy with sheetrock dust. Hopefully they wont hold up the other contractors. We should be able to work on finishing the floors on monday or tuesday. This job will take a day or two. If all of these contractors show up on monday we should be able to get everything done next week. This means that we can push for final inspection by the end of the week. One thing that everyone needs to understand that this is not the DIY channel or hgtv where these guys look like they get their stuff done in a weekend. They dont really show how many days they have to sit and wait for things to be done. They dont show that part on tv. It is a long tedious process. Plus they dont have contractors that work on other jobs while trying to do theirs. We are getting close though so keep the faith.....
