We had Christine, a real scientist, visit us to tell us about cells and show us what blood and hair look like under a microscope. We also saw what a sample of our germ experiment looked like. During our Health topic of hygiene, students took swabs from different places such as bubble taps, toilets, sinks, bins and door knobs. We left them in a dark warm place for 7 days. The samples with the best results were from the bins. Thanks Christine, we really appreciate you giving up your day off to come and visit us.
