We had a fantastic launch of the Vanuatu Young Chefs Club on International Chefs Day during the 2014 Origin Culinary Arts & Hospitality Show. Our visiting International judges spent the afternoon working with and mentoring our Young Chefs Club members to prepare canapes for an invited guests function. The Vanuatu Young Chefs Club was launched with Minister Ralph Regenvanu who presented certificates, new Chefs jackets and hats to the inaugural members. The first Ambassador of the Vanuatu Young Chefs Club Chef Chris Bulememe has been working with Chef Adam Khazaal, President of the Australia Young Chefs Club during the week to set up this page and work on ideas for the club.
