We had a few hiccups yesterday, but Ivy got her new Hickmen line in (sorry the pic looks worse than it really is) and we finally got the green light to commence treatment today this morning. Last week we were updated on Ivys treatment schedule. It came as a shock that our forecast possible first chance to go home date is now June 2014 and not the start of April. We were also a bit suprised that even if we do get to go home to Hamilton in June we would still have to attend weekly appointment in Melbourne for futher following 3-4 months (at least) But that said, we understand that we are on track and going as well as can be expected at this point.
