We had a new client in the Salon yesterday that wanted to add blonde, the minute we applied the lightener a chemical reaction happened from whatever had been put on her hair previous to seeing us and her hair was severely damaged. We took the lightener off within 30 seconds and proceeded with a BC Fibre Force Treatment and with one treatment we could at least Blow dry her hair.
