We had a nice lunch at Moose and Roo today. We started with a Mango Margarita for me which was fresh and tasty. My daughter had a chocolate milk shake and my wife I think had a watermelon shake. The shakes were tasty as well. We went with the wings for a starter. 3 wings and 3 drums perfectly cooked. We asked for the Suicide spicyness. The heat certainly rivaled what is found in US sports bars and the wings were in the style of Hooters. Very good - but not for those who dont love very hot food. They also have medium and mild. On to the main courses; my daughter had the fishnchips which were cooked perfectly with fries and a good tartar sauce. It was my favorite thing we had. My wife had the ribeye steak and it was the only disappointing thing we had. It was only mildly disappointing. Not sure why we ordered steak in a SE Asian country - even when imported, the meat quality is rarely excellent. It was cooked properly and served with a nice buttery sauce. The salad was very good and the fries that came with both the fish and steak were thin and NOT soggy! My entre was the three egg chorizo omelet with sourdough toast - a definite winner. Tasty and well cooked. I got a side of potatoes which were quite good but unneeded as we were getting full. Summing it up - Ill go back. I want to try a burger and the pulled pork sandwich among other things. The staff was very friendly and were very attentive without hovering. In addition - no one was smoking which is a huge benefit!! Recommended when looking for western food!
