We had an All Hands company update this morning with 600 staff and management in attendance. These are the people who do the hard work behind the scenes to help us keep up with the amazing growth driven by our coaches, trainers, and Certified Master Trainers. Think of it as a mini-Summit for those of us on the payroll :) Its always interesting to give an update to people who work so hard all year long and rarely get a glimpse from the flight deck to see the power of what they do. We do our best to fill them in. But the bottom line is, they are part of something that transcends work and has a greater effect on the world around them than just about any other job I can name. This event gives me a chance to profusely thank them for everything they do to help us perform and improve. The productivity they achieve is stunning. And now Im flying to Toronto with Arnauld Nakaha who watched most of the presentation and he said The main thing I heard from todays speech is that Success is a beast that you can never consider conquered and you can never take for granted. This company is never going to coast. Looks like the theme got through. Speaking of Beasts... Looking forward to seeing Sagi Kalev and everyone in Canada in a few hours!
