We had as suspected burst hot water cylinder. Water pouring into yard from overflow tray. Quotes varied R5800 R3448 R2997(supply only) for a new geyser. I was going to do all the work. Getting a plumber R9000 and R11,ooo. Praise the Lord it was only a faulty Pressure valve. Time to replace 30 minutes and cost R97,95. Even concidered a Heat Pump system and only R17,000 but you can save R1000pm on your electric bill
