We had family pizza last night with pretty good pre made crust from Target. The favorite version of the night was fresh mozzarella, tomatoes from the garden, fresh basil and spinach over store bought sauce. Five minutes in the oven and Ta Da! Apparently we were a hungry lot, ran out of crust but made more mini pizzas using the flour tortillas from enchilada night. I like them better. We ate them too fast for pictures.
