We had just recieved an email asking why our soaps are so cheap and if this is an indercator of poor workmanship and rubbish raw materials. Now I did not see this as a nesseraitly bad email it is a perfitually honest question but I just want to clear the ar if one person thinks this then there must be others: hear at La Belle we strive for excellence in all things including customer relations now I have always love soap and craft markets but hated that the soap I had just fallen in love with was $8.00 I have draws full of expensive soap that I have never used at La Belle we want you to use your soap (and fall in love with it!) we source our raw maters (avo butter, argon oil ect) from many different suppliers which uphold the no testing on animals motto. As this business is a one man show (with the help of the occasional family member) I will sometimes at 2:00am put the wrong sticker on the wrong soap if this happens to you (and it is quite rare that it would) please email me and I will fix it! it is you the customers satisfaction that keeps me in business and that is what I strive for ALWAYS so after that very large rant a huge welcome to our new likers and a big congratulations to my good friend Alana who is expecting twins in September! congrats to you both xox
