We had one of those tube type 19 inch tvs in the bedroom, decided to get a 24 inch flat screen, hhGregg had 24 inch Proscans on sale for $128 so we bought one, took it home and spent all evening trying to get the remote to work thru the Comcast remote, after calling Comcast and staying on the phone with them for a half hour and nothing working I decided to take it back, I walked into h.h.gregg with the Proscan and told the guy at the desk that I couldnt get the remote to work thru Comcast, his reply was yeah there is no way you can get the remote to work thru Comcast, I said wouldnt it be a good idea to let your customers know that, he replied the company never told us to do that yet.....
