We had some good training runs last week, and the week ahead is going to be a great week to get faster! Here are this weeks workouts: Mon - Buck and I will do a 3 mile pup run from the church at 5:30 AM if anyone wants to join us. Tue - tempo run on the San Gully route. 1 mile warmup, 4 miles at tempo pace (15-20 seconds slower than your 5K pace), then 1 mile cool down. Thu - Mile time trial, then 4 x 800. 1 mile warmup before and cool down after. Bring your game face for a fast run! All runs start at First Presbyterian Church at 5:30 AM.
