We had successful branch elections in 6 counties n still hope that by the end of the week the number should hit between 13-15 counties.Some branches requested for an extension to enable them organize themselves well.There are events coming up in various counties ,as we said earlier that we want empower the counties to hold their events independently as long as they are sanctioned by the National office.We have been very busy trying to sort out a few issues here and there for the Growth and good of this noble sport.We would like to inform you that the calender of events will be rolled out next week.We are just a month old in the office and have tried our best to put things where they are suppossed to be.We are a ware Rome was not built in a day so when we request you for more time you should be considerate and understand our situation,Remember all these we are engaged in is for the good of the sport.We have had several meetings with potential sponsors who really want to come in and help us take the sport to the next level.We as bodybuilding family need to think and decide where we would want to see the sport in the next few years.To the veterans ,we urge you to give the upcoming athletes direction coz if you fail to do that they will get it from other quarters which might not be of any help/good to them.Remember the picture you portray as an athlete speak volumes and people will judge you accordingly.False accussations have no room in the current society,instead you should watch what comes out of your mouth , be a role model and an inspiration to many thats if you want to go far,humility,self respect ,self dedication and most importantly discipline will make us go places.Let us observe all these and make the sport one of the best but only with your full support as we are out to bring changes and make it big right here.The moment we forget the above we will drive a way the sponsors and its us who will suffer?
