We had such a good time last night at New Inn Witney. Pub looked so lovely and festive; lots of Undressers there; fab atmosphere; fellas played brilliantly; and, all in all, it just put us in the Seasonal Spirit! I have to tell you this little story from last night. A member of the audience who had not seen us before came up to me at the end. He said hed had a really sh*t year with family deaths and other horrible things and he couldnt remember when hed last laughed . He said being at our gig was the first time hed really enjoyed himself for longer than he could remember. Hed loved our music - the mellow and the foot-tapping - and said wed made him feel he could get through Christmas. Do you know what? Made all this mad music thing worth it.xxx
