We had the best Saturday! Chelsea used her rein aids without being coached! Nathans dad came with him and he was super excited about that. Dad was surprised at how well Nathan can guide Chris-Chris and what a good rider he is. Isa loves her Dusty and couldnt wait to get in the saddle and lean forward and give him a big hug. She is learning to keep her hands from crossing over the neck and how to use her aids appropriately. Owen asked to ride Ranger and they were a great match. When Ranger became impatient, Owen was able to keep him calm and get him under control. That was an essential step for Owen. And the twins! Oh my gosh, I wish you could see them on that pony. Chris seems to sense that he needs to be extra careful because he has a smaller package on board. They both loved riding him. The teen volunteers are awesome. Danny and Dalton not only helped with the riders and horses, but also cleaned stalls. Shantel and Becca did a great job with the riders, horses and keeping the barn clean. Im just very lucky!
