We had the worse experience today. Your employees sold us all day passes at 9pm and said they close at 11pm and closed at 10pm. We only got to ride 2 rides and they closed. We were nor the only ones that were told you close at 11pm, there were 12 other people that had the same issue that we did and were told the same thing. They spoke to April and a very rude manager called Michael that refused to give us his last name or a corporate number. My husband started recording our bad experience and the manager and a security guard told us we couldnt record and scared my child, when the security guard stood next to my husband, making us feel like criminals, to make sure he didnt record the poor service and awful experience.The employees have no empathy and very poor customer service. All the people that were deceived as we were shared our numbers and someone needs to hear our complain.
