We had tremendous difficulty couching this information in terms that dont transfer guilt or grief onto women who have had or will have Cesareans. But, as we say in the article, we respect women too much to withhold information. Women and families deserve informed consent. I think its remarkable, also, that the U.S. media doesnt seem to think this information is worth reporting on, and that is very disappointing.
