We have 8 utensils(3 forks, 3 knives and 2 spoons) and fancy cloth napkins on table every meal. I chose sautéed cod, salad bar, low sodium vegetable soup, wheat roll, 1/2 corn on cob, 1/2 baked sweet potato, skim milk, water and unsweetened tea. We exercised in pool for 1 hour. Our teacher showed us a large poster self help exercises so we can practice on Saturday and Sunday. I am not counting calories just no desert and have exercise everyday. Winkie
