We have a celebration to let everyone know about. One of our Habitat families has made their final installment and is now free of house payments! At the familys request for privacy, well keep their name to ourselves, but this is what Habitat is ultimately all about...its not just about the current build or about servicing loans with Christian principles. Its about building permanent housing solutions for families who may not otherwise have that opportunity, and about building more stable communities in the process. We tend to focus a lot on the current build, but were just as involved with helping all the families still making payments, through good times and bad. So join me in celebrating this familys awesome milestone and the hands of many--guided by faith--that make it all possible. Thats truly what its all about!
