We have a challenge in front of us. Chastity came to us a few weeks ago from GA. We have still been unable to find her a foster home at this time. Given the environment and structure she needs, she will thrive in a foster home that is a match who can help her with her manners. Chastity is a loyal, but anxious, Velcro dog who bonds quickly and strongly with her person. She is highly food motivated which helps the bonding process and to manage some of her behaviors such as jumping up. Chastity needs a firm, experienced person who will be consistent in showing her what is appropriate and what is not e.g. like the jumping up on people. Once in a routine, she thrives.
