We have a city that spends consistently, more than they take in. We have a wonderful city, that is full of educational institutions that are powerhouses yet because of the high tax rates fails to recruit new jobs. We have a city council who seems to feel like, listening to the citizens concerns should only be done, when it is convenient. Jean Brown, continually talks to the citizens, going tirelessly door to door, to hear concerns. She will work hard to make sure the city council returns to transparency to the city council. In other words, one of the people making sure the people have a say so in local government. I am a friend of Jeans, and this type of person is who we should all want, standing for us for the next 2 years.
