We have a corporation at this time, not a government. The Constitution was effectively suspended by Abraham Lincoln in order for the Federal government to function during the Civil War; he was killed before he rescinded the order. When the southern States seceded and walked out of Congress they caused a constitutional crisis since Congress no longer had a quorum to do business, which was required by the Constitution. Had the North allowed the South to secede, Congress would have adjusted to the fewer members, reducing the requirement for a quorum and life would have gone on. But because the North refused to allow the South to exercise their RIGHT to dissolve the political bands that connected them to the Union, Lincoln was forced to RULE through executive fiat in order to prosecute the war. Those circumstances set the stage for the Rothschild Bank through their agents as well as other foreign interests to gain control through the debt necessitated by the war. Weve been living under emergency rule ever since. That is why I call for returning to the state of the Constitution that existed prior to the Lincoln administration in the plan I wrote.
