We have a duty to insure the law is faithfully executed, not withstanding the failure of our elected leaders failure to step up and do their duty in charging Bush et al with war crimes and lying to Americans. Lying to the sovereign, WE THE PEOPLE about WMDs and Saddam Hussan giving aid and comfort to Al Qaeda. youtube/watch?v=OgfzqulvhlQ&app=desktop Lying to the sovereign, WE THE PEOPLE about the threat of terrorism. A dirty bomb is no more dangerous than a regular bomb, it only takes a bit more care to clean up the mess. https://facebook/groups/572856566085390/ Our State and local judges will speak up for the prosecution of Bush et al. during their campaigns for election or re-elections. All of them all will never sit in judgment of Bush et al. for war crimes, federal crimes. Judges are elected but none of them wants to stand out and have Republicans vote against them. I say Republicans because most of them ( I assume) think prosecuting Bush et al is a political act and therefore, if a judge come out in favor of prosecution, he or she must be a Democrats. And judges are allegedly non-partisan. Which is BS. The judges, county prosecutors and state attorney generals are the top law enforcement officers, but all run for office. When our elected Democrats or Republican public official fail to demand the law be faithfully executed, you and I would agree that the judges, et al, experts in the law, should speak up. But none of our leaders are demanding prosecution, so it is left to us, the citizens to join together and demand the law be enforced, if we want remain honorable people. We can list those judges and public officials as cowards in the court of history. Former president have also committed war crimes, conducted secret wars with massive civilian deaths, and those guys need to be tried in the court of history as well. We should never name a school after them, etc. and we should demand our schools teach the truth about these bad boys. I dont know a lot about Churchill, except that he lied to President Roosevelt about the threat posed to England from Hitler. I do know Stalin really need a second western front and the lend lease supplies and equipment. I ran for state representative in my 21st legislative district (LD) demanding the prosecution of Bush et al and for a new Congressional investigation. I lost, but I will run again if the chance pops up. I had the enclosed resolutions stopped by the leadership of my 21st legislative district. They are called the executive board. I had the same problem when Pat Thompson and I tried to get my resolution debated and voted on at a monthly meeting of Pats 32nd LD. My resolution to prosecute Bush et al, was debated on the floor, but it was defeated, with some five or six vote in favor of it. All said, I am not giving up. Chris Matthews tonight on his MSNBC news show came out hard on Dick Cheney for bad mouthing Obama. Matthews show videos of the lies spoken by Cheney. Now that tells me we are making progress! Team work works, especially when we have science on our side. Dick
