We have a friend who needs help. Ive often seen photos of bait dogs, but today is the first time Ive met a dog that may have actually been a bait dog. He will require a New Hope partner to pull as he has medical needs that prevent him from being neutered at this time. Weve named him Percy and he was considered adoptable after passing all his evals.
