Full Time: Licensing Assistant Job duties include: Draft and issue all mechanical/synchronization/print licenses; register cue sheets with domestic and foreign societies and sub-publishers; Resolve double claims with domestic and foreign societies and sub-publishers; Assist the Manager – Licensing & Administration on daily activities and projects as they arise; experience in music publishing administration preferred but not required. Must be passionate about music publishing administration. *this is not a standard office administrative assistant position* Ideal attributes: Must be able to manage self with outstanding organization skills.
