We have a job opportunity with one of our reputed clients for the position of Stock allocator/Assistant manager stock allocator Location - Mumbai Job Role - Stock Management: -To control stock flow for all existing stores on the basis of store capacity, sell Vs stock, Shop In Shop (SIS) format of Future group Central, Home Town, NTC, Ebony, Shoppers Stop, Sahara & Hariyali Store. -New season merchandise allocation to stores on the basis of product mix, sales mix, MRP. -Consolidation of stocks between all stores. Particular styles, size. -Interact with stores on a regular interval to understand their requirement & action. -Making dispatch order (DO) as per store sale & Goods Requisition Report (GRR). - Co ordinate with the warehouse manager for the picking, packing, dispatches as per DO. -Planning & execution of EOSS support to sale & marketing team. -Scheduling the stock take time table of region wise, calculate Shrinkage & stock adjustment of all the stores. -Monitoring Inbound, Outbound, Out of stock level in stores & warehouse. -Managing warehouse functions, Space Management, Distribution, Dispatch, Inventory etc Vendor Management: Making Purchase Order PO’s/STO’s release purchase order. Order placement as per MDQ and supply Lead time. Review actual inventory movement vs. forecast to proactively react to trends. Cost control and optimization through negotiation with suppliers. Coordinate with vendor, suppliers for timely shipment at w/h. Replenishment: Implement Replenishment Strategy. Align product flow with demand forecast. Manage replenishment to support Service Level and Inventory Targets. Execute Inventory Planning, forecast volume and excess management processes. Report & Analysis: Movement analysis report for High-Medium-Low moving stock. To work and analyze reports like top and bottom stores, sell through, minimum display Quantity and Category contribution to total sale.
