We have a leader and it has been reported that he was involved in domestic violence, was arrested and charges may be pending or possibly filed. No denials. He and his girlfriend are involved with the management of the bar. The other board members are fine with this and have not taken any actions as may be required by our bylaws. Why not. Only place that one can have errors in judgment involving law enforcement have an interest in an ongoing business enterprise and still remain on the board of directors.
