We have a lot of questions in regards to tinting over factory tint on SUVs and trucks. Although factory tint has come a long way, factory tint still doesnt offer complete UV protection. It also doesnt knock down the glare nearly as well. Something else no one wants to think about is in case of an accident window tint also stops the window glass shards from flying all over the vehicle, this helps prevent the glass shards from causing damage to your passengers.
