We have a major problem. First I want anyone looking for a modular home to know about a company called OAK CREEK MANUFACTURED HOMES do not do business with them. Here is the story: Half of house delivered on June 21st Second half delivered delivered June 22nd house set apart for almost a week with the two big rains we had and water got inside the house. Set up people came to set and block house but needed help so he hired help from the bar. This man messed everything up his work did not pass inspection yet they send him back and it still doesnt pass. Straps were not put in attic and and on June 15th a small wind come thru and part of the roof comes off. Rain gets in the house and water sits ruining the floor. There is so much wrong with this house and to this day nothing they told us have been done. They sent crew from the manufacturing company and they came on Tuesday evening and tore up the floor then they. Were told to stop because they need a profit and loss statement. I think they are trying to pin this on homeowners. No payments have been made on this house. It has been almost 2 months and house is worse now then ever We need help on how yo handle this.
