We have a member, Robert Findlay, that has pleaded for our help with a tragedy that is tearing his family apart. Robert Fleeting, was unfortunately killed whilst serving in the army. The circumstances have not been explained to his family and the UK government and the MOD wont help them ,so by posting this petition we hope that we have helped this family, in some small way ,on the journey to uncover the truth about their loved one.And we extend our condolences to Robert and the whole family Please sign and share JUSTICE FOR ROBERT 24 yo Robert Fleeting from East Kilbride died under suspicious circumstances whilst serving in HM Forces in the UK. Despite several legal requests to the MOD, Roberts parents have been denied a copy of the full report into his death and still do not know what happened to their son that fateful night. CONVICTED CRIMINALS IN PRISON, INCLUDING MURDERERS AND RAPISTS ARE ENTITLED TO THIS BASIC HUMAN RIGHT Please help prevent other parents and family members of our brave Armed Forces having to suffer the same agony by signing and sharing the attached petition. Just click on the link. It takes just a few minutes to complete. ROBERT FLEETING NEEDS YOUR SUPPORT. epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/65316 Many thanks for supporting JUSTICE FOR ROBERT AccessibilityHomeSearch published e-petitions e-petition all non combat deaths on a military base should have an inquest with jury Responsible department: Ministry of Defence All inquests held concerning serving military personnel who die on a military base in a non combat situation should be heard by a jury. The M.O.D. should come under the same rules and regulations as other government bodies, ie police, health board etc..... Too many young lives are lost and the military are being allowed to be a closed book. We need to change this now and make all government bodies especially the military open to questioning over these deaths. These young people put their lives on the line to keep this country safe the least we can do is make sure they get an unbiased and open inquest which is due to criminals who die in custody.......
