She is a cool pastel pink holographic microglitter with subtle pink neon accents. Swatches show various sheer topcoats over two layers of Miss Isa. Dior Glow is especially lovely in person since it adds UV brilliance. Kleancolor Sheer Red may prove challenging, and, depending on the basecoat and other layers, may require extra drying time. But it is hot pink.
