We have a policy that all events outside of 30 days will require half deposit up front and final payment due two weeks prior to event. Events less than 30 days away must be paid in full at time of reservation. A refund will be given with a proper 30 days notice or two weeks notice depending on timeline for event. A non refundable fee of 10% of purchase total will be required for all cancelations with proper notice. Same week notices are non-refundable under any circumstances as we have missed other opportunities to book the same date with other clients therefor , business has been lost during that time that a date for an event had been reserved on our calendar. More than likely in some cases some event items have been purchased and many non returnable. Each invoice will have this standard policy on them and our customers signature must be required in order for us to book any events.
