We have a pretty hefty offer from a major oil field company out in west Texas for us to lease our truck on out there pulling a pneumatic tanker hauling frac sand to the well sites. Would be 5 weeks on then fly home for a week off, then another 5 week cycle. All would be in a 250 mile radius from Lubbock,, to Midland, Pecos,Del Rio, and southeast portions of New Mexico. This would be a major career change for us but the offer is indeed a good one. We are excited and nervous at the same time and have to give them an answer by next Monday. Prayers yall, that we will make the choice that would best fit our future.
