We have a small and intimate dinner party to cater on Friday night/Saturday morning. On the menu: Snacks - Springbok Droewors, Smoked Goats Cheese & Preserved melon skewers, and Broadbean hummus with crudites. For Starters: Bouillabaise with Parmesan crispies; and for Mains, Medallions of Gemsbok Sirloin in a shitake mushroom sauce, served on a bed of Roasted & creamed garlic sweet potatoes with a warm salad on the side. For dessert, Berry Pavolova and for the really daring, Affogato! Breakfast the next day is Yoghurt, muesli, scrambled eggs, bacon, filled brioche & cheese. Keep Calm and Keep Cooking!
