We have a small surplus of honey this year and are selling it over the next week. Most honey comes from large apiaries that buy honey from smaller beekeepers across the country. It is blended together and sold under different names. Our honey comes from a single location near Rehovot and our customers tell us that they love the taste (think of single malt scotch vs. blended scotch). We dont use phosphine gas on the supers and instead use an organic compound to protect the wax. One kilo jars (glass) are 50 NIS.
