We have a student in our neighborhood who is in her last year of secondary school (high school). Her unemployed mother is unable to pay for her tuition. The school allowed her to attend the first semester without paying but will not let her return until the entire year is paid. After we spoke with the principal, we learned she is a top scholar and the vice president of her class. The cost (including her transportation) is $800.
