We have a unique problem but I pray someone can help. It involves my dear mother n law who is so upset about this. Samuel asked for Microsoft points for Christmas and Judy went to Meijer to buy them and accidently bought cards (3) for XBOX live for 3 months for $25 each. She called me and I told her it was wrong and she went right back in and they wouldnt take them back because they were scanned. The codes are all intact and she has her receipt. Samuel already has Xbox live and we just renewed for a year. She has cried all day about it because she is out $75. I feel terrible about it. The guy at Meijer said to call Microsoft but who the heck has a number for Microsoft? And I read online that no one has had luck getting a refund. She would be happy to exchange it for points. I didnt know if anyone either knew someone who works at Meijer that could help or knew who to call at Microsoft and what to ask them or if anyone had planned to buy one of these cards for someone who would want to buy one from her. Wed only need 3 people :) Anyway, Im pretty sure shes out of luck and I hate that. Of course we told her not to worry about it and not to replace the gift but she wont do that. Any any any ideas??? Please, any ideas?
