We are definitely going to try some of those recipes out ourselves :) Szilvias Strawberry Cheesecake Cube recipe: Sponge base: 6 small or 4 large eggs 2 table spoon of Norbi Update Master Mix 2 table spoons of oat meal flour 2 table spoons of unsweetened cocoa powder 1 Norbi Update Vanilla Sweet 1 table spoon of Nobi Update lovely sweet 1 tea spoon of baking powder Separate the egg white From the egg yolk. Mix and beat the egg whites with the sweeteners (Lovely sweet and vanilla sweet) until it becomes a foam after that add the egg yolks (all) and little bit later you put the rest in to that mix(flour, cacao powder, baking powder). When the mix is nice and smooth put that in to the baking tray which is already greased with butter. After that you put that into a preheated oven and bake it for 15 minutes on 180 Celsius. Cream: 250g mascarpone 250g cottage cheese Juice and zest of half a lemon 2 table spoons of Norbi Update lovely sweet 2 oz of whipped cream Put all of ingredients in to bowl apart from the whipped cream. (leave the cream out) and stir all together. Blend the cream until the consistency is a little harder and add to the bowl. Gelatine: 12 g of gelatine powder Tea spoon of Norbi Update Lovely Sweet Boil the gelatine with a tea spoon of Norbi update lovely sweet. When its cooled down you pour the gelatine over the the top of the cake. When the base has cooled down, put the cream bit to the top of it. Place half cut strawberries to the top of it and after that pour the gelatine liquid on top of it. And finally you place the cake in the fridge until the cake has a nice consistency.
