We have already booked our venue SACRO COSTATO RETREAT HOUSE…UNFORTUNATELY, another group confirmed their reservation for Sept.19-20 (hindi kasi enough ang phone reservation lang), and we were given another date instead, OCTOBER 4-5 (final na talaga ito, totoo na, wala ng atrasan, nakapagdownpayment na), which I think is better din because its a Saturday and a Sunday. We just need to know by October 1 the final list of participants, so please indicate, whether: A) Im attending, but I wont be staying overnight OR B) Im attending, and Ill be staying overnight …the nuns will be preparing the quarters kasi, so they want to know how many will be staying over. Here are some important things to know as well: 1. For those who will be bringing their cars, you can park inside the facility. The retreat house is along Sct. Lozano St. (intersection ng Sct. Lozano and the street after Sct. Reyes if youre from Tomas Morato) 2. Curfew/Lights out is at 10pm. Everybody who will enter/leave the place, will have to do so before 10pm. All activities/talks should have been finished by 10pm (esp if we will push through with the Way…) 3. P500 contribution will be asked from all the participants to pay for the venue and materials needed (meals not included…marami ding fast food and restos nearby where we can buy food…sponsoring meals are also welcomed). Payment could be made on the day of the recharge itself. 4. Target time of start of activities is at 10am, everybody who can come earlier to help fix the talk room and disco will be very much appreciated.
