We have always taken pride in how strong people get while training under our system. We also keep true to the fact that movement is infinite and is impossible to fit into a box. Having the ability to run, jump, box, climb, carry, and lift traditional iron is a given while training here. Concepts such as: moving strength (being strong while moving), grip strength, multidirectional movement, and anti-rotation training are just a few of the ways that we differ from traditional get you bulky and stiff training. This is a simple bag, but its uses are infinite and only limited to the doer. Here we are performing a clean and press. It differs from traditional barbell C and P because of the shifty sand, grip strength, and the size of the mass.
