We have amazing young volunteers. They are real unsung heroes. They come along in all weathers to do all the work that needs to be done and to change lives. They dont just look after horses either. Just recently they have created pathways, put in fence posts and new fencing and are now in the process of paving the yard. Shy Lowen wouldnt be what it is without their energy, their unquenchable spirit, their hard work, their grit and their determination. It isnt easy doing what they do and we salute each and every one of the young people who are with us at every available moment putting the lives of the horses and the wellbeing of Shy Lowen at the heart of all they do.
