We have an exciting weekend coming up and let’s all pray the weather is good! Don’t forget the Daikin Festival, Friday night, May 23rd, 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Morgan County Fairgrounds in Decatur. This event is free to the public! Also, Saturday, May 24th, the Talucah Fire Department is hosting a fun day. A portion of the proceeds from that day are going to benefit the Sheriff’s Office. The best part of that fun day will be me in the dunking booth, and you dunking me! Ya’ll come on out and have a great day with us! Saturday, May 24th and Sunday, May 25th is the Alabama Jubilee Hot Air Balloon Classic at Point Mallard. The Sheriff’s Office will be there with our Reserves Department to help with all the events. Thanks to all the volunteers and reserves that help make our community safe. We are looking forward to seeing you and have a safe holiday! Our goal is to always have zero fatalities!
