We have an indirect relationship with this family and have followed their story for some time. What the report neglected that I feel is important to know....Dad will take Otis to Colorado, but Mom will remain here and keep her job, certainly for their only income, but primarily for their insurance. This is a love story to end all stories....sacrifices made for the welfare of this child. Dad will be leaving all the grandparent support as well ( our connection) and he will not be able to return to Kansas, even for a visit, with Otis medications. Pray for this family and for us to look seriously at legalizing this medical treatment.
