We have an opening for User Experience Designers based in Pune location Position – User Experience Designers Location - Pune Should be able to travel abroad to client locations Job Profile •Derive research goals based on discussion with the stakeholders and their business objectives •Conduct user-centered design research including identification of user needs, their goals, tasks and expectations and its influence on workflow modeling. •Conduct usability analysis and testing, evaluating and reporting results. •Translate findings into actionable design recommendations. •Collaborate with other teams regularly communicating work status and findings of projects. •Partner with designers, product teams and management in defining requirements and specifi cations for product designing and development •Contribute to research goals, proposals, methods, and systems. Must have •Experience in methodologies (Qual as well as Quant) for uncovering user needs and product opportunities. •Proven ability to plan and conduct UX Design activities independently •2 - 5 years of experience in user research, user interface design, and other related disciplines within a consultative or corporate environment. •Outstanding communication, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills. •Exceptional presentation skills (PPT, Spoken) •Knowledge of the software development lifecycle. •BS degree in psychology, cognitive science, Human Factors, HCI, or similar.
