We have another busy week ahead of us. We welcome back Jackie Pollock who has been on Long Service leave for the past 4 weeks. We hope she is well rested and ready to go for the remainder for the school year. Angela Erwin is taking leave for the next six weeks. We wish her a speedy recovery and look forward to her getting back to work. Tonight after school from 3:30 – 8:00pm the staff are undertaking an update for their level 2 first aid. This professional learning is critical to ensure the safety of your students and is something that all staff feel strongly about completing. Tuesday is the Melbourne Cup Public Holiday for the school community. On Wednesday the Grade 3 children head off to Roses Gap for their 3 day camp. They are extremely exited and are looking forward to bushwalking, canoeing and a wide range of adventure activities. Our prep students for 2014 continue with their 3rd transition session to be held on Thursday morning from 9:30 – 12:30. The Grade 5/6 students continue with their sport education sessions at the Secondary College on Friday. Again a huge thanks to Mr C and the Fete organising committe for their work in ensuring that our Fete on Friday night was a huge success.
